Camp Helen is a cost-free summer day camp. Restricted funding ONLY allows us to sponsor 75 campers.
Please thoroughly review and complete the qualifications required for enrollment!
All applicants MUST
Be a resident of city and state to be eligible.
Be currently enrolled in 5th -12th grade in the 2025 year to be eligible to attend.
Write a one page essay on Why Camp Helen should select you to attend the camp and why you believe this camp is right for you?
APPLICATION PROCESS
Complete and submit a Camper Application for each camper. Each application will be reviewed by the Camp Helen enrollment committee and the child will be placed into a session based on their qualifications, however, meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee placement. Enrollment is NOT determined on a first come, first served basis.
The Qualification Form must be completed before a camper will be considered for enrollment into Camp Helen. Please remember that all campers are required to meet the criteria established by Camp Helen for admittance and, therefore, the detailed completion of the Qualification Form is extremely important. The Qualification Form must be signed by entering a legal name by the authorized person and that person must give a thorough description of the qualification. All campers will be notified of their acceptance by a written letter.
At Camp Helen, we realize that sending a child to a summer camp is a very important decision. In order to make this decision easier, we have provided lots of pertinent information regarding our workshops and our policies.
